New subscriptions default to a dedicated cloud host, Rose and Ada, and a dashboard. realvco handles installation and service setup so you can assign work once activated.

Rose and Ada have separate chats, memories, models and messaging settings. Start with one and adjust names and preferences later. Existing hosts may have a different lineup; check your dashboard. Hardware and service follow your plan, confirmation email and the pricing page.

Check activation

Sign in with your subscription email → Server → find your host. When Dashboard is available, follow five steps to your first task. On mobile, you can add it to your Home Screen.

If you see Your server is being set up. Please wait., follow your subscription notice. Missing notice, host or progress? Contact support with your subscription email, time and screen message. Do not subscribe again to resolve it.

Choose a first task

Start with supplied information, such as meeting notes to turn into a checklist. For drafts, research or decisions, give the audience, sources, format and constraints. Schedule recurring work with a time and result destination.

Email, company systems and messaging need connections and data access first. Say whether to draft or act, and review requested approvals. See Chat and assign work for examples.

Subscription and AI costs

realvco subscription: Host and service charges. See Billing and receipts.
AI usage: Separately billed or deducted from credit by your model provider. Dashboard figures are estimates; the provider’s bill is final.
Trial credit: If an OpenRouter trial key is included, connect your own AI account when it expires or runs out. It does not refill automatically.

Existing customers who keep renewing the same plan retain their original subscription price, including discounted plans. See manage your subscription for other changes.
