Check work progress: Today, replies and alerts
Start on Today, then open chats, reports, decisions or schedules for the result. Not every task creates a report.
What Today shows
The dashboard opens on Today, at the top of the sidebar.
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Mate row | Read a summary; select her name to open her page. |
| Three summaries | Today’s conversations, Handed in today and Conversations, last 30d. Open each feature for details. |
| Needs your attention | Alerts link to the relevant page; decisions open a card here. |
| Answered | Appears when records exist; shows what happened after your reply. |
| Latest activity | Available events from the last 24 hours, newest first, up to 30 items. |
Find results
| Result | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Task or question reply | Select your mate → Chats. |
| Requested report | Management → Reports, or open its alert on Today. |
| Request for information or a decision | Open the card and follow Decisions. |
| Scheduled work | Management → Schedule; check the last result and next run. |
Check the result against what you asked for.
Check what happened after your reply
Select Answered, then an item to read your reply and its result. It covers the last 7 days, up to 5 items per mate. A dot marks an unread result. Find older work in chats.
Queued, running or no-result states do not mean the task is complete.
Alerts and unavailable data
Alerts stay until resolved; several may appear as “N more.” Follow the relevant guide:
- Stopped or silent mate: Mate not responding; first check whether she is on leave.
- Disk, memory or backup: Resource problems. For high compute wait, see Host status.
- Unsent notifications, failed schedules, open Root access or dashboard updates: follow the linked guide.
If usage, reports or decisions cannot be fetched, wait for a retry. Persistent issues: Dashboard data problems. No alerts only describes the data retrieved; still check results in chats or reports.
